All our frames are made on-demand. We are currently working towards a 5–7-day lead time on standard frames. Custom frames take just a little longer, so we aim for a 2-week dispatch at a maximum. This gives us time to prepare stock, make and pack your frame. Our current delivery times are worst-case scenario so there is a strong chance they will be with you a lot sooner.
We send all parcels on a next day delivery via DPD, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the DPD Track & Trace when clicked. All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.
We are pleased to be able to send items internationally, all shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on location. International orders are sent out via FedEx, TNT Or UPS on a 2–3-day express international delivery.
International shipments outside the UK may incur customs fees depending on the country. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or take responsibility for any customs fees that may occur.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of made to order frames, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom orders.
We do want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is a problem with your order then please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
In the event, we have agreed on an exchange or return. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost as soon as possible. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
